Early arrivals and late departures
In the event of early arrival of guests prior 0900 hours, the previous night will be charged as per International Hotel Policy. We cannot guarantee check in before the mentioned time, however, depending upon the availability of rooms, we will try to accommodate our guest. We will honor request for extension of rooms for maximum 2 hours subject to availability, thereafter one-night charges will be applicable.

Corporate Rates
In order to protect and apply special corporate rate for your company, all reservations should be made in advance and through your office. Any direct reservation made by the guests or travel agents shall not be entitled to these special rates and no retroactive adjustments can be made. All Corporate rates are subject to change without prior notice and are non-commissionable.

Credit Arrangement
It is understood that all guests will settle their account at the hotel individually upon check-out unless prior credit arrangement is established with the hotel by the relevant company. The company should send charge instructions in writing to the reservation department or sales Department prior to the guest arrival.

Cancellation Policy
All guaranteed reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, failing which a no-show charge of one night accommodation will be levied. Room reservation guaranteed by valid credit card/company charge letter or advance cash payment will be held after 1600hrs. All group reservations more than 10 rooms must be confirmed, cancelled or amended at least 30 days prior to arrival failing which a no-show charge of one night accommodation will be levied.

Child Policy
Two children under 12 can share the rooms with parents without charges. For infant a baby cot is provided in room.

Special Rates
These room rates will not be applicable on any special event in the city. Tour group rates are exclusively applicable to genuine tour group business and shall not be valid for any conferences, government delegations or any other local commercial business.

Islamabad Marriott Hotel reserves the right to withdraw any of the facilities, without assigning prior notice.
